Martin's ground breaking work in Energy Efficiency and CSR won Royal Mail over 75 national and international awards. Martin will share his cost reduction strategy and methodology that enables companies to make informed investment decisions based on the right quantitative and qualitative data and supported with appropriate return on investment modelling.
